Welcome to Sweet Dreams Melbourne ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Sweet Dreams Melbourne website. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

2. ​Products & Services

Sweet Dreams Melbourne offers baked goods including cupcakes, cookies, cakes and other desserts.

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, designs, and decorations may vary slightly.

​

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without notice.

​

3. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

We proudly offer plant-based, eggless, dairy-free, and gluten-friendly options.

​

  • While care is taken to minimise cross-contamination, our kitchen handles allergens including (but limited to) nuts, gluten, soy, and dairy.

​

  • Gluten-friendly products are not suitable for coeliacs unless explicitly stated.

​

  • Customers are responsible for notifying us of allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering.

​

  • Sweet Dreams Melbourne is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Orders

​

  • All orders must be placed with adequate notice as stated on the on the website or communicated directly. This is a minimum of 3 days notice for orders under $300 and at least 1 weeks notice for orders over $300.

​

5. Pricing & Payments

​

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

​

  • Full payment may be required to confirm your order.

​

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

​

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

​Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products:

​

  • Change of mind refunds are not accepted after customer has paid and collected.

​

  • Cancellations or exchanges must be requested within the timeframe specified at the time of ordering.

​

  • Refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion in the event of an error on our part.

​

​

7. Collection & Delivery

​

  • Customers are responsible for collecting orders at the agreed time.

​

  • Sweet Dreams Melbourne is not responsible for damage to products once they have been collected or delivered.

​

  • Delivery services are available within a 40km radius of Werribee only.

​

  • Orders located beyond this service area are not eligible for delivery and will require collection by the customer.

​

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

​

  • Sweet Dreams Melbourne reserves the right to decline delivery requests outside the specified service radius.

8. Market Orders & Collection

​

  • Pre-orders for the weekend markets must be placed via the designated pre-order form.

​

  • For orders under $100, pre-orders must be submitted by Thursday of the same week.

​

  • For orders totalling $100 or more, pre-orders must be submitted by Tuesday of the same week.

​

  • Market orders must be collected on the nominated market day selected at the time of ordering .

​

  • As market orders are freshly prepared and reserved specifically for each customer, uncollected and paid market orders are non-refundable.

​

  • For orders over $100, if a customer decides to cancel after Thursday of the same week, 50% of the total order value is non-refundable.

​

  • For orders under $100, if a customer decides to cancel their order, refund or credit may be issued if Sweet Dreams Melbourne is notified at least 1 day prior to the market date.

​

  • Sweet Dreams Melbourne is unable to transfer, or deliver uncollected market orders after the nominated collection date and once markets are closed.

​

  • If a customer is unable to collect their market order at the market, they may choose to collect their order from Werribee later on the same day.

​

  • In the event that a market is cancelled or affected due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, Sweet Dreams Melbourne will notify customers as soon as reasonably possible. Where feasible, alternative collection arrangements or a credit may be offered at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed for weather-related market cancellations.

9. Intellectual Property 

  • All content on this website, including images, texts, logos and designs, is the property of Sweet Dreams Melbourne and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Website Use

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website 

  • Copy or exploit website content for commercial purposes without consent

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by lay, Sweet Dreams Melbourne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
